September 18, 2025 – Vancouver, Canada – Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LCE) (OTCQX: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z) (“Century Lithium” or “the Company”) has granted an aggregate 254,167 incentive stock options (the "Options") and 254,167 deferred share units (the “DSUs”) to non-executive Directors of the Board of the Company.  The Options are exercisable at $0.45 per share, valid for a 5 year period and subject to vesting over a 2 ½ to 4 ½ month term. All DSUs vest one year from the grant date.

The Options and DSUs have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
