Cypress Development Receives $817,199 from Exercised Warrants

Vancouver, BC - Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP) (OTCQB: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) (“Cypress” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received an aggregate $817,199 from the exercise of share purchase warrants. A total of 6,288,070 warrants were exercised since August 8, 2019 at a price of $0.13 and $0.125. The warrants were issued in connection with previous non-brokered private placement financings.
