Work completed by Century Lithium led to the discovery of a world-class resource of lithium-bearing claystone, adjacent to the Albemarle Silver Peak mine, North America's only lithium brine operation. At present, the Company is in the permitting stage and is actively processing material from its lithium-bearing claystone deposit at its lithium extraction facility in Amargosa Valley, Nevada. In addition, the Company has completed a Feasibility Study on its Clayton Valley Lithium Project with the goal of becoming a domestic producer of lithium for the growing electric vehicle and battery storage market.
